Permanent Project - Romania – JLG Group
Our client JLG is a major player in the industrial elevated platform area and wanted to employ an Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE). Initially they gave the project to local suppliers but with no success so they turned to Kommlink to fulfil this project.
This project was immediately actioned upon and was processed and given to Kommlink’s Bulgarian performance centre.
From receiving the requirement to agreeing contracts and the employee start date took 2 weeks. In this time Kommlink contacted 63 candidates, sent to the client 7 suitable and interested candidates of which 3 were interviewed and 1 placed.
This was an example of how Kommlink can take on a project in which competitors had failed to deliver and complete it on-time, on-budget and on-quality.
